Farmer Food Service Workshop

Getting It Done:  How Distributors/Aggregators and School Food Service Buyers Serve Up California Specialty Crops

This free workshop for farmers  focuses on building a stronger infrastructure for farm to school sales in Yolo and Sacramento Counties, through an up close look at working private sector models. Panel discussions will include both perspectives, addressing the needs of farmers for a market, and the desire of school food service directors for a one stop shop for regional, origin designated crops.
